Taking part in activities is at own risk, so please be careful or get additional insurance from a reputable broker. Some of the activities offered involve risk. All activities are voluntary and The PARTICIPANT voluntarily and expressly assumes these risks and is fully responsible for his/her participation and actions in the activities taken part in. The PARTICIPANT agrees that neither companies nor any of its officers, employees, guides, and representatives shall be held responsible for or be obligated to provide any financial or any other assistance in the event of injury, illness, death or property damage relating to or arising out of the Activities taken part in by the Participant.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings will be confirmed upon full payment or on the receipt of a KRW 100 000 holding deposit.
If for any reason the tour gets cancelled due to Korean Government restrictions a full 100% refund will be issued. For other cancellations please see our cancelation policy at the bottom or in the booking form.
Our Cancellation Policy as below apply for cancellations after receipt of the deposit or full payment.
Cancellation Fees
A. Cancellations more than 60 days before the event KRW 10 000
B. Cancellations less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event KRW 30 000
C. Cancellations less than 30 but more than 15 days before the event KRW 50 000.
D. Trips cancelled 8 to 15 days or less before the event – KRW 100 000.
E. Trips cancelled 7 days or less before the event – No Refund Possible.
